Great service and very helpful advice. I went in to get treatment for a burn, their staff were very attentive and found me the right treatment. They were fluent in English, which was fortunate as my Italian wasn't good enough for the conversation.

I have been stocking up on their mother tincture for years and I brought back a pack of Propolis purchased in recent months because it was oxidized and looked bad. First the employees and then the owner herself. They did not show any availability/empathy towards the customer and his needs. Even more serious, my proposal to give me a new package was rejected, giving me at least part of the price!!

I have been 3 times to buy medicines for 250 Euros In 10 days or had to return to the pharmacy once because half of a medicine that was on the prescription was missing I didn't have and didn't know I had to buy syringes to do the injections I didn't have anything to sterilize anyone in. I checked the recipe and I'm not up to the service Frau Doktor ich komm dann Mal persönlich vorbei dan schaun but....mal zusammen!!! Greetings Marco Garzi CH

If I could I would give zero stars. We were there because my son had a visible allergic reaction and we were simply sent away again because they supposedly didn't have anything that couldn't be sold without a prescription...

Paying €9.90 for a salivary COVID 19 swab is really unfair, when the maximum price of the same product which is the same in every way is €5.40, practically they cost more now than during the pandemic.
