Due to a last-minute stock shortage, there was a significant delay in receiving the product I ordered. However, the customer service was commendable—they were very accommodating and responsive, promptly addressing every message sent.

The delivery service doesn't work well! 15 days to receive a product absolutely necessary for my health, I trusted their advertising (delivery within 48 hours) but nothing! I waited 15 days, on occasion I contacted them, and they blamed the courier, thus evading any responsibility, instead of trying to resolve the situation! Never again with Bolli Pharmacy,,,aaaaa I forgot the most important thing,,,the product purchased by me, does not correspond to the description provided by their site,, total cheating,,never ever again with this Bolli online pharmacy
