Exceptionally rude personel. The man taking my information claimed to not be able to read my handwriting. I declared that I do not have italian handwriting - with which I am familar having lived here for 20 years. He then told me I should go back to school to learn how to write. The doctor who would administer the covid test shrugged and laughed. I informed them that I am, indeed a teacher. Not wishing to anger them with what would be a reasonable response such as, "siete cretini" seeing as a stick was about to be put up my nose, I leave it to this review to warn you against the vile humor of the employees of this farmacy.
The doctor was extremely rude because I had to do a free service (swab) and then he scolds me, raising his voice several times, telling me about the lack of politeness for having received a call while filling out the forms! Other staff however are much more courteous
They are not the most polite but spectacular at swabbing. Apart from a slight annoyance, I felt practically nothing! Well done
I was looked after very well: one of the pharmacists (very kind) gave me a quick swab and also gave me excellent advice on what to do, reassuring me.
Always available and kind. The pharmacist recommended the best products to reduce fever and raise my immune defenses
