Very professional and kind staff. The pharmacy is well stocked. They also have a cabin for face and body treatments. They offer promotional days in this regard, totally free, upon reservation. My compliments.

I'm here Varese for a few days. I have problems with a stubborn cough, I went to this pharmacy to ask for Clenil, a physiological solution and aerosol device which I normally use in these cases. The doctor I dealt with, in a pedantic and unhelpful manner, refused, in the absence of a medical prescription, to provide me with what I requested, even though I had only made this known for a few days. It is true that Clenil requires a medical prescription, but always on the occasion of necessity the various pharmacists have always proved available given the need and the fact that I use to take this drug. At this point, what use is it to people like the aforementioned doctor not to have a degree in Pharmacy who hasn't even suggested an alternative solution, when they limit themselves to a sales job? Fortunately, in another pharmacy I found more helpful and professional staff who solved my problem.

Welcoming, spacious, well-furnished, well-organised pharmacy, with numerous and useful additional services. Efficient staff, available for suggestions and advice. It is very busy and the wait sometimes takes a long time...

I give 5 stars because I queued for 1 hour to take a swab for the school and I had a great time but the queue was 1 hour and it was a long one and there is never a swab in the car park anyway the doctors stationed in the swab house do it quickly and I did the swab on Saturday and they are always very quick at doing the swab.
