I am not a regular customer of this pharmacy ⚕, as I do not live in Milan, but I consider it appropriate to review this business positively, as I found it well organized and supplied. I believe that the place has recently been renovated, as it is furnished in a modern style and the environment is really very bright and spacious. The doctors at the counter are kind to customers, and the pharmacy is located in a central area of ​​Milan, near Porta Romana, really well served and easily accessible by public transport. Positive overall rating.

Be careful with returns!! (and respect for the civil code...) I purchased €250+ of postpartum products in two days, where the last purchase occurred at 6pm on the second day. At 10am the next day I returned to the pharmacy to return one of the products - silver nipple covers - as they were not necessary for my wife's situation. I would like to point out that the product is sold OPEN, not in a sealed package with film and was brought back without even having been opened and with a receipt dated 16 hours earlier. When requesting a return - not requesting the amount spent but rather products that were useless at the time but which I could use in the future - I was told that the pharmacy's policy is zero returns. After politely explaining several times to 2 clerks and the Manager that this is not possible according to the civil code, I was told that the property does not accept returns. Regardless of internal politics, the law should apply to all businesses - so take a step further and choose another pharmacy, so as to be protected if you were to return a product made of untouched metal that does not expire. Never again!

Extremely helpful and altruistic professionals, I posed a problem of availability of a drug and the guys were splendid, prompt and altruistic... they proposed a solution that proved effective in solving my problem.
