Super unpleasant meeting with an elderly pharmacist. I go in asking for the contraceptive pill Drospil. I was initially looked at badly and with suspicion and subsequently I was given instructions (unsolicited) regarding a regular check-up given the use of this contraceptive, although I reiterated that I have been taking it for months and I am followed by a trained doctor . The pill was not given to me because I did not have the prescription, even though I purchased it in three other pharmacies in Milan (and where I still went to get it today). I'm not here to judge whether or not the recipe is necessary but I repeat, I am much more sorry and at the same time annoyed by the attitude directed towards me. I have a general practitioner and a gynecologist to rely on and a family to whom I have to answer for my decisions, I certainly don't have to do it with a lady I've never seen or known. I refrain from thinking that there is an underlying prejudice (even more paradoxical and sad on March 8th I might add) and I continue to hope that he is a prepared person who just had a bad mood. Since there is no way to reply, I would like to add and close: As I expected, you were unable to grasp or even respond to the central point of my criticisms. It is certainly easier to appeal to the need for a recipe (which I explicitly wrote was not the reason for my disappointment). Since you are annoyed by so many things, I am also sorry to reiterate that what this morning had neither the appearance of a request for clarification nor of sincere concern for my health. What the pharmacist revealed in an opinionated and judgmental tone was that regular checks were necessary, convinced of the absence of the latter on my part (without asking, simply taking it for granted). I also regret giving bad reviews on the web (and off the web) but I will continue to do so because I was educated to think that shirts or no shirts, other people's prejudice must be fought. And often prejudice and professionalism don't go together, have a good evening!

terrible service. I'm not Italian but I live in Italy and I have to take medicine every day, I show my digital prescription to the pharmacist and he rudely tells me that it's not valid and tells me "A photo of a Ferrari is not the same as a Ferrari" The medical prescription is signed and written perfectly by my psychiatrist. In the 1 year that I have been here it has not happened to me in any other pharmacy and it seemed funny to him to make the comparison a Ferrari I will never go back and I don't recommend it

Unfortunately, a bad experience for me too. I went in to ask for a medicine without a prescription and it was not given to me because my motivation for purchasing it was not shared by the pharmacist. Too intrusive and arrogant. People are not all naive and without a doctor behind them to provide guidance. Precise because it is probably not clear: the medicine requested did not require a prescription and therefore no prescription was needed. This is the reason for the negative experience. I think that if a customer requests an over-the-counter drug, such an intrusion is not appropriate.

Professional and very helpful pharmacists! They swabbed me and my girls. They were very delicate and cute in entertaining and distracting the little ones! 100% recommended!
