Unfortunately I will never return to this pharmacy again, even though it was very convenient for me as I recently moved to the area. I experienced two unpleasant episodes in the space of a few days. The first time I went to request some simple supplements for lactose intolerance. I had also brought an old blister pack just to avoid confusion or errors, and when I got home and was about to take them I realized that they were not what I expected, but very powerful laxatives! Luckily I realized it in time, because my evening could have ended very badly... when I returned to return the wrong drugs, the pharmacist replied: "eh.... there must have been a misunderstanding", without even to apologize! and passing me off as the one who hadn't specified what she wanted... madness! Last Friday, however, I underwent the extraction of a wisdom tooth, therefore I needed a series of drugs, including the antibiotic Augmentin, which I should have taken the same day, even before the operation. I always have my doctor prescribe sachets instead of tablets, because unfortunately I struggle to take them... Even though 'sachets' were specified on the prescription, the pharmacist, without telling me anything, gave me the tablets. I didn't check immediately because I usually trust pharmacies, hoping that at least they read the prescriptions and don't give out the drugs at random like them... on the morning of the surgery I realized that they weren't sachets, so I ran to ask for a change. and the pharmacist who had served me the day before told me with an annoyed look that it is an inconvenience for them to change medicines, that she had asked me if I wanted pills or not (which is not true!!), and that I didn't even know what I wanted, mocking me. in addition to feeling humiliated in front of other customers present there, as if the mistake had been mine, I really felt uncomfortable.... I will never go back to them again and I strongly advise against it! more than anything, always check carefully because they don't read the recipes! really bad...

Discovered by chance, my daughter trains volleyball nearby, called to find out if they had medicine for my son, it was saved for the evening without any problem. Very kind people

The unreliable pharmacy didn't send my boyfriend the result of the swab and he had to go to work and he didn't know what to do as they were closed on 8th December. I was told that a positive person could happen who has to travel all over Turin to find someone to do the testing. swab and justify yourself at work being also diabetic well this is the serious pharmacy I would concern myself with they were also arrogant saying that it was being closed so one pays for a swab we are being closed and we don't give the result congratulations evaluation of people who were there who they laughed and joked instead of sending the result of the swab.
