Terrible!!! They tell you to be there and don't respect the timetable!!! The staff is rude and unprepared!!! Compliments! A service that should be there and continues to be very scarce over the years
It's not the first time I go to this pharmacy and they make me leave with more than 40 euros worth of useless products. I send my colleague to get me Imodium and gaviscon because I'm sick and instead they fill her with natural chamomile and turmeric stuff. Price 41 euros. I come back and I see these herbal products, moreover in tablets that I don't take, and I come back to ask for what I wanted: gaviscon and Imodium. They are quick to say that you can't make the change because the packages are written (written by them to say how many times to take the aforementioned chamomile which should magically make you feel good). Moral of the story, I have 41 euros less and I'm doubled over with pain and instead of being pharmacists they thought of setting up a herbalist's shop and selling natural things just to make people waste 41 euros.
I enter carelessly and apologize at 7.25pm to buy a pack of masks, having run out of them. After the masks are placed on the counter, I spontaneously hand over the money. The pharmacist tells me in an impatient tone "in the automatic checkout please". Having never been to that pharmacy, I looked around in a fraction of a second (since the famous automatic checkout was not under my station but further along the counter). In that fraction of a second the rude pharmacist takes the money from the counter, goes to the automatic cash register and inserts it from behind the counter telling me "now take the change yourself". Dearest, I'm sorry to have entered at the last minute, but working with the public and especially in a useful shop like a pharmacy, you should always be available to a customer, especially if they are polite. Next time, if you close the shutter at 7.31pm instead of 7.29pm, I assure you that nothing will happen unless... that too is automatic!
Super kind and friendly They recommended this place to me because of their kindness, I bought several personal care products that are difficult to find and I was well served. Very recommended
Pharmacy overlooking the end of Via Monferrato with five transparent glass windows and wooden frame. Some medicines are prepared internally in the galenic laboratory. The staff is friendly and helpful.
