Farmacia Porinelli

I have been going to this pharmacy for a year or so for convenience, despite the serious rudeness of the sales assistants, especially the blonde and thin one. After today I don't think I'll ever go there again. I advise the pharmacist to find a job where there is no contact with the public, the others to find another pharmacy.

Every time I went to this pharmacy I was treated with arrogance and rudeness, especially by the blonde lady, an overbearing person with no empathy. Although it is convenient because it is close to home, I will never return.

Certainly not the best, medicines normally have to be booked as they are not available, I don't understand why I have to handle the health card perhaps to avoid touching it? But if they then handle the money where it is touched by thousands of people, the last one I pay 5 cents for the medicine bag, in other local pharmacies not.

I felt terrible. I definitely won't go back. The blonde lady was very rude, both in her manner and in the service given to me. The only positive note is the colleague with dark (black) hair who gave me advice on the antibiotic treatment I am undergoing.

Indisponence, rudeness, the blonde lady hasn't yet understood that customers bring her bread and should be treated with respect!
