An Italian pay by card next to me, but when I want to pay by card they told me they don't accept them...
I was served by the lady with graying hair, I think she is the owner. Unfortunately I can't say I had a good experience. Request for medication for the onset of an ear infection, not only did he give me the wrong therapy (Bisolvon cough syrup) but I received insults veiled by false courtesy. All for asking for advice, trusting a professional who I can no longer define as such, on how to behave to prevent the ear infection from getting worse. The answer was that basically I deserved it if I went on holiday to a seaside city wanting to swim in the sea, so the choice was up to me whether to do it or not, and that she couldn't do anything about it if I didn't have common sense. According to the pharmacist, I won't have the common sense whether to swim in the sea or not but the doctor doesn't have the common sense to understand that, if she has to vent her frustration about personal problems on clients, it's better for her to change jobs and carry out one that does not require contact with people.
You cannot pay via POS. Without cash, I left without any medications I needed.
The pharmacist with short gray hair and glasses was extremely rude; we necessarily went three times and were treated as if we were there for sport whereas if what is recommended to me doesn't work and I continue to feel ill and get worse perhaps the problem isn't mine as they want me to believe and I would ask myself two questions. In a tourist resort, being almost attacked because you're on holiday frankly seems absurd to me. If you work in contact with the public you must also be able to maintain a certain professionalism, assuming you have ever had it. I cannot speak for the other employees who will certainly be competent if the pharmacy is still standing and we have all our respect for them.
This applies to all pharmacies in Caorle, but why do they have a 4 hour interval? It is possible that even in the summer period and perhaps in the only period in which there is a need for service, the pharmacies do not work shifts out of respect for those who need the service. It's a shame !
