Rudest people I have ever met. They are so rude if go this farmacia you become mentally sick.

Always kind and with maximum availability. Very competent!

Often the requested drug is not found and you have to return a second time. They ask for the mobile number as a reference and if the drug is not collected soon, they call several times. Every now and then a gentleman in a short-sleeved undershirt, with a very dirty mask, shows up in the sales area, asking the customer what he needs and running behind the counter to try to serve him. Unprofessional service

Kind, polite, helpful and competent

Rude staff (they spilled an open bottle of boric water on me and even refused to apologize when I pointed it out), not very attentive (they wanted to give me 15 euros less in change) and last but not least they invented a my valid red prescription (accepted 5 minutes later in another pharmacy) was not valid as it had already been used even if not true (the red prescriptions are collected from the pharmacy once used, so how could it be reused? Meh.). Never had similar problems in any other pharmacy. I strongly advise against it, in addition rather high prices compared to a municipal pharmacy, but this is typical of private pharmacies, not their specific problem. In any case, I have gone there 4/5 times in my life and I have always had problems and so have my brother-in-law, some friends from the area and my neighbor on the landing who have had similar experiences. Pharmacy not recommended for me.
