Even though I live near the pharmacy, I think I had only entered it once in the past years. I needed a swab and I must say I felt good. Friendly and helpful staff.

Today 1 November 2022 at 10/10/20 The pharmacy is on duty and open, I introduce myself, the entrance shutter is closed. I call the telephone number on the site several times by dialing the number. They should answer but after several minutes the line goes dead. I try to ring the bell near the vending machine on the right of the building, but again there is no response. Inside there is no movement despite the lights being on and the road sign column also being lit. Maybe next time if I have the opportunity to use the services of this pharmacy I will be able to give a rating higher than today's 3 stars.

Top pharmacy, friendly, helpful and friendly

I give three stars for the inconvenient disruption that occurred to me yesterday, January 6th, around 1.45pm. He was on duty (24 hours a day), therefore theoretically always available; in reality there was a sign at the entrance informing that the staff was on their lunch break and to call in case of need. Fortunately I had my cell phone with me and so I was able to contact the doctor, even for other people who did not have a telephone. But if I hadn't had it, what would I have done? Maybe in a difficult health condition? And in any case the pharmacist arrived after twenty minutes of waiting. Very bad.
