Some time ago I went to this pharmacy for the first time, so they didn't know me. I show a prescription for a drug and the pharmacist, without knowing anything about me, about my health needs and ignoring how long I have been taking this drug, leans towards me and says "You know, there are many supplements for this who can help you, we have several." I find this attitude unacceptable, especially aimed at a person whose medical history is not known and who could be in the mental condition of easily accepting promising help (a condition that is often frequent in those following some type of therapy, because no one likes having to take medications continuously). I also point out that supplements are something that pharmacies set the price on, while prescription drugs do not.

I have lived in this city for 3 years and have always used this pharmacy. Whatever problem I had, thanks to the Bottari pharmacy, I overcame it. Professional, competent and (no small feat) they know how to listen and put the customer at ease. Thank you so much. I wouldn't change you for any other pharmacy.

I am very happy with the service offered by Dr. Zeneli and all the staff at the Bottari Pharmacy. Complete pharmacy, nothing is ever missing unlike other pharmacies I have been to. I highly recommend it!
