Super-stocked and multi-service pharmacy. Well organized in a not very large space. Often crowded. Best time to go from 1pm to 3pm. Friendly and helpful staff. Automated payments. Loyalty card.

Disorganization reigns supreme. My mother had reserved some medicines that were not available. When it was time to go to collect them, it was discovered that they had been given to someone else without any control of the name of the prescription he had left at the pharmacy. My mother was asked to go back to the doctor to have another request made even though the mistake was clearly theirs. Upon my mother's clear refusal, the medicines were delivered but without the slightest apology. Little professionalism

What a disgusting pharmacy. I need heparin after surgery and I find myself without it because the hospital report isn't enough clowns

Kind and knowledgeable pharmacists, I felt very comfortable.

Pharmacy certainly well stocked but certainly not equipped with a reception (obviously it doesn't apply to everyone) but you seem to be annoying, not a smile, a greeting, and they don't even look you in the eye, this morning I said good morning twice without receiving it, I have a very different idea contact with the public especially where it concerns the medical environment. I obviously speak from my experience and the staff who followed me. Only time with the person responsible for the aesthetic part who was instead very friendly.
