If I could give less than zero I would, I've never seen such incompetence, I don't even know if he was a pharmacist or a beggar incapable of making a damn swab result? My daughter is now hospitalized, I've already said everything.. Go and see how swabs are made in other pharmacies then you will be able to tell me. But then you're talking about intelligence, I'm not the pharmacist and graduate, I'm just saying what I see, we're talking about the same day and the same time but the swab wasn't done in a superficial way like you did.
Kindness, courtesy and professionalism....an added value for the doctor who performs the swabs who is wonderful.....she knows what and where to touch...doing a proper swab anyway!!! .a delicacy never seen before. TRULY unique..... Thanks for all you do...
I didn't have a good first impression, but most of the pharmacists are very courteous and attentive, and it turned out to be a great service
