I went to this pharmacy to purchase a drug/product for a problem that arose during the summer holiday (so I couldn't get assistance from my GP). Not knowing what to buy, I explained the problem to the pharmacist but unfortunately I found, on the other side of the counter, a very very and I repeat very rude and nervous employee/pharmacist. According to him, I was asking too many questions (absurd!) and in the end he gave me products that I'm not sure can solve my problem. I pointed out his unprofessionalism and honestly I was too calm because he needed to be sued. I advise you to go to this pharmacy only if you know what to buy because I am not (or at least the person who served me) capable of providing customer service. I left the pharmacy speechless!!
