I took my 6 year old daughter to be swabbed, given the fact that she is scared and uncooperative, the nurse decided that we were wasting too much time and decided to have one of his collaborators violently block her. After this gesture I intervened, pushing everyone away and keeping my daughter calmly. We have been customers of the pharmacy for more than 6 years and honestly we did not expect such behavior. After all this we will never set foot in it again

Grumpy and unprofessional sales assistants have hit rock bottom today. We will never return, luckily there are other pharmacies in the area that know how to relate to users with greater flexibility and friendliness. I will advise everyone to change.
