The pharmacy is really beautiful, well structured, elegant and very welcoming. The owner is prepared and always available to meet customer needs. The staff is very efficient, prepared and always kind, ready to give advice to those who need it. Truly the Smile Pharmacy.

But how kind are they in this pharmacy? Lovely staff. It's large, well-stocked and everyone is very courteous and friendly. It is my favourite!

I feel like giving this review 1 star for the previous response, but I wouldn't be correct: 5 stars for professionalism, 1 star for courtesy and we didn't go to the wrong pharmacy! Dear doctor, you say you have a Saint Bernard and even during our visit you mentioned it to us, the fact remains that I myself went out with my labrador from your pharmacy at your invitation, and I will never go back again, because you yourself he complained about some drops of saliva falling on the floor. We didn't go to the wrong pharmacy! The love for animals that he has, evidently, only exists outside of his commercial activity.

First and last visit to the Smile Pharmacy, "the smile" is only in the name, it was one of the two closest pharmacies on duty. A piece of advice: put a sign at the entrance saying "NO DOGS ALLOWED" and "NO FOOD AND DRINKS", so that the floor remains clean since a few drops of my dog's saliva fell on the floor and this annoyed one of the 3 pharmacists present by politely asking to let the dog out. The staff is trained and advises you professionally.
