The reviews here are crazy. People getting aggravated as if the shop owes them something. If you don’t like it then shop elsewhere, don’t scold them for random things such as opening times, the prices, what they stock or on what days they operate medical tests. Jesus, such tourists should respect the local population more after enjoying their environment. If they use British in their name and you are British and get annoyed it’s not British items, just enjoy the respect that they thought our country’s name was a powerful marketing tool. After experiencing severe ear pain after going to Mount Etna, the lady in the pharmacy was so friendly and immediately gave me ear drop and pain medication which relieved my symptoms quickly. I didn't even have to explain extensively about my symptoms as she knew exactly what to recommend. I would use this pharmacy again if I return.

You did our Covid testing before we returned to the USA on December 31. The system was down so we knew we were negative, but had to wait for the paperwork, and had the 24 hr window before traveling. Everything came through in less than 2 hours and we were so relieved! Thank you for your wonderful service delivered as promised. The place is well-placed, but since it's in the old town of taormina, the prices are hefty. For toothpaste, deodorant, soap, and 2 more articles I paid around 60 euros, which isn't at all reasonable for taormina. For daily products, visit another store.

They do Covid tests, but not on Sunday (they are open on Sundays). However, many tourist need exactly these tests for their flight back. Very strange service level for a town who lives from tourists.
