The person who was there was nice and helped us with getting the necessary stuff to treat a small cut on the knee. We had to wait outside for a while because it opened at 4 PM and we got there a half hour earlier.
They are closed until June 2024
Looks like a great farmacia, but closed until JUNE 2024. :(
We went back to Isola Bella beach in the afternoon because we had an emergency. We purchase tweezers and ask for and receive advice on how to act. We had to stand on the sidewalk because the chair was "occupied" by a paper child. Later we ask for a needle and the doctor gives us one which we use immediately. Once we finished our operation still on the street (it was a little girl) we went back to pay for the needle: 10 cents. The criticism and the negative review are not due to the money, obviously, also because we had just purchased something else, but to the absolute lack of empathy and solidarity in the face of the emergency that happened to a little girl. The owner of the shop next door was much kinder and more supportive and of her own free will she also provided us with hydrogen peroxide to disinfect the wound. I swear I was tempted to pay with a 50 note.
