Farmacia Brizio Mazzei

I was visiting the doctor next door, and stopped by this pharmacy to get some medicine. Pharmacist here is so kind, gentle and patient in not only walking you through the instructions but also answering questions that were not relevant to the medicine we purchased. Not to mention his perfect English too! If you are traveling Florence, and in need of medicines, go here for sure even if it’s slightly further than the ones near duomo. It’s well worth the trip especially when it comes to illness.

Super friendly staff !(they speak english also ) After doing the rapid test here I forget to pick my passport and got the train to go to Milan. I called them on the way and explained how urgent it is to take my flight in Milan and they offered me to bring my passport to the main station. Very helpful and kind people. Thank you Geppo for your help, it saved my trip !!🙏🏼

Staff are helpful and friendly (and speak English). They were able to refill all four of my prescription drugs immediately - and for a very reasonable price! I had been concerned about getting my U.S. prescriptions refilled in a foreign country, but they made it easy and painless. Grazie!

When my daughter was traveling abroad and ran short on medicine, Nicola very professionally helped fill a new prescription for her. He reassured a frantic mother and I don’t know what we would have done without his kindness.
