I'm sorry for all the colleagues in the Pharmacy but Doctor T. is very rude and rude. It's the third time I've had to deal with his rude ways. I make two necessary premises. 1 I'm not a drug expert 2 the doctor who prescribed the drug told my husband that when he finished the first pack of tablets he could request the drug from the pharmacy without a further prescription. So, I go to the pharmacy and ask for the drug, Doctor T. replies that I need a prescription. I tell him about point 2 but he reiterates that it's not possible and adds, twice, "there's no point in arguing because I talk so much and you don't understand". He could have addressed it differently, but no, he preferred to call me stupid. This is not the first incident towards me or towards other people, even elderly ones. I hope the review is read by your employer.
Good morning, I'm sorry but the reception is terrible, limited preparation, the white coats ask the sales lady for advice to recommend a pharmaceutical product, the older Doctor of Pharmacy is rude, NEVER says hello and NEVER thanks!!! I would be happy to exchange "a few words" with the owner one day. In the past I was a Director of a Rehabilitation Center in daily contact in hospital facilities, nursing homes and private/public clinics as well as carrying out project tasks with Local Health Authorities and illustrious Professors in the field of medicine.
A pharmacy well stocked with medicines and also for body care and more. Doctors always available and very kind to give advice on information.
The Brizzi sisters and all the staff are excellent, well supplied with many products for body care 💯
