The pharmacist who served me for a problem not caused by me but by the doctor's prescription behaved rudely and unprofessionally towards me. I certainly won't go back there again even though I live a stone's throw away. Very bad. AFTER the Pharmacist's response below, I reply that education, regardless of the problem and especially when it was not caused by the customer, is fundamental and the basis of mutual respect, phrases of contempt and attitudes shown by the lady who served me are just synonymous with lack of professionalism. There are ways and ways to report a mistake. Greetings and good work.

Splendid room, well equipped, spacious and bright. The pharmacist I dealt with, the same person twice in a row, seemed to me to be poorly competent, I was absolutely unable to make myself understood when reading a tax code to trace an electronic order already issued by the doctor, therefore already present in the system. I encountered the difficulty both in person and on the phone, so much so that I had to change the exercise. The same operation, replicated in another pharmacy, failed positively, several times and without any problem.

A disaster. When I had to take a covid test to be able to travel, I took the test, I was made to wait 30 minutes for the result and after that they said that they cannot give me the result now and they will send it by email. That night I had a flight and two hours before I kept checking my email to see if I had received the result. No chance. So totally disappointed
