A new were large pharmacy that seems to offer a number of services. However the pharmacists are very cold. The rare times I come here are only out of convenience. I prefer to go to other places where there is service with a smile and more of a desire to be of assistance.
Super competent staff! After years of using incorrect products, thanks to Dr. Silvia's precious advice I found the right formula for my daily skincare and solved my acne problems!
How I miss the times with Dr. Luca. .now a supermarket used to sell the things on display that cost more and not even a drug that is not essentially linked to a prescription they give you...an endless queue...if you are really ill you have time to die in the queue...very bad end of a pharmacy that was once a point of reference for everyone
Bad experience 45 minutes of waiting with 4 customers. Very slow staff since they changed manager.
Bad experience tonight, two pharmacists, 10 customers waiting, in half an hour only 3 were handled. It may have been an exceptional case, I don't come in here often, but the discontent among the customers was evident. I'm sorry, I had a different memory. I hope you solve it, perhaps the customer should have priority over the work to be done in the back office.
