Very high professionalism, very high quality and helpful staff, it has excellent products for cosmetics.

I purchased an eye drop that I had purchased other times and the price seemed excessive. I also asked for explanations as I have always paid around 10 euros for it, probably the other pharmacy discounts it too. But they even sell it above the imposed prices by superimposing a new label.

There is no priority for pregnant women but for pregnant women having to ask everyone if they can skip the queue.

They refused to give me a quick swab, very unprofessional, you are asked why you want to do the swab and then they decide whether to do it or not. I didn't have any symptoms, there had been a case in my facility and for my peace of mind, even though I hadn't had any direct or close contact, I wanted to get swabbed but they refused.

Yesterday I went to get a swab to get a temporary green pass and I was only given a laryngeal swab because the very nice person who did it said that either the laryngeal or pharyngeal swab is done (absolutely incorrect information). Furthermore, I strongly advise against having it done as you can go home with a BROKEN NOSE!!!!!! Zero professionalism!!!!!!! Rudeness no comment!!!!!! Shameless incompetence!!!!!!!!
