From complaint Two weeks ago I went with a pediatric prescription to buy drops for ear infections. They make me come back twice because it was supposed to arrive, the product doesn't arrive and they offer me an alternative, I say that a generic is fine but not a different product. After paying I realize that the composition is different and they reply "we grew up with this and it's delicious" but what is the answer? I got my money back. Yesterday, I ran out of ear drops (antibiotics and cortisone), my husband urgently went to the pharmacy, the only one open in the area, they weren't there and they told my husband that they gave them something very similar, the very similar drops were only with painkillers, they had neither antibiotics nor cortisone. My question is, are they actually pharmacy graduates?

Rudeness and bad temper, this is the pharmacy's motto. They blocked a prescription for a medicine that they didn't have, when I discovered it in another pharmacy, I called them to receive assistance and they never answered me, I managed to contact them through one of their branches and they replied that they hadn't blocked some recipes... To solve it I had to go and ask to unlock the recipe who then started the procedure with such dislike and dishonesty. A disservice that made me waste a couple of days and useless time

From complaint! We went last weekend because my daughter had a cold and we wanted to have an aerosol and they gave my husband two cortisone pills together without a prescription! The doctor literally scolded me because these medicines cannot be given together! He didn't even prescribe them to me because they are made for asthmatics and my daughter isn't one! I stopped the treatment immediately! They endanger people's health! And in the end I even got the money back! It's not the first time! They can't even pierce their ears! My daughter also got the hole wrong! Too short ! Moral of the story...aesthetically ugly...hole closed! Never again!

Two rude people who have neither the tact nor the decency to do this job. I saw them mock a person who didn't speak Italian very well, telling him that they were the pharmacists and that if he wasn't happy with the treatment he could leave. They laughed in her face. How disgusting. They made butcher's swabs for us. I will never go there again even if it is the only pharmacy open. Shame on you.
