It is not my habit to write reviews on commercial activities but in this case it seems inevitable to me, given that nowadays many things can be tolerated, but one should never accept or at least tolerate totally RUDE and BAD TASTE behavior especially from those practices in the pharmaceutical field, where I have always found education and professionalism in all the pharmacies in Sassari. On the other hand, I cannot say the same thing about "Pilo Pharmacy" as "uncivilized" behavior has often been demonstrated by some of the pharmacist employees. Even more SHAMEFUL is when "fragile" people (like my father) receive such rudeness and "reprimands", which are out of place to say the least, and only for having forgotten to lift the mask, treating him almost like a "plague victim" in front of other customers there. present!!! No one should address anyone in that way with those tones, whether fragile or not. I sincerely hope that these employees are properly scolded by those responsible and that they are seriously ashamed of their behavior.

Rude and disrespectful staff, the proximity to home is not worth the revolting experience. Next time I'll go somewhere else. I absolutely never claimed to have a drug without a prescription, I actually proposed, since my house was literally a number above the pharmacy, either to run into the house and give it to him immediately, or to bring it to him immediately the following morning. Even though there were still customers inside the place, he pointed out to me that you were already closed, and I wasn't even able to respond in kind because the paradox of the situation was ridiculous. In short, you simply didn't want to help me or have the patience for me to run home to get the prescription. I was extremely polite in dealing with you and even said thank you when leaving the store. I wasn't asking you to give me vitamins but a medicine that I guess you know I can't stop out of the blue. I hope that you too, in times of need, find people ready to help you in the same way you didn't do it with me.

I go to this pharmacy for the immeasurable kindness and professionalism of the pharmacists.

Terrible! I wouldn't recommend it even if it were the only pharmacy open in the province! ----------
