They refused me a swab with the lie "we only do them by reservation". To my response that I knew otherwise (people I know had done it there without a reservation), the doctor replied that it was a mistake that they had done only for the 31st. Too bad that my father had had the swab done there that same morning without an appointment. It seems clear to me that it was an excuse not to give me the swab test at that moment given that upon entering we had interrupted his phone call complete with "I'll call you back after people come in". He was obviously in a hurry to get back to his phone call but I still would have appreciated a little honesty rather than a terrible lie.
Very well stocked pharmacy! But the best is Dr. Antonello, a young professional pharmacist, well-prepared and extremely available at any time and for any doubts! Definitely a reason to remain regular customers! Super!
kindness comes first in this pharmacy, both from the staff who perform swabs and from the rest of the staff, especially from the guy who gives advice on skin and hair products, it has revolutionized the state of my scalp, thank you!
