The Calamo pharmacy is synonymous with professionalism and competence, but above all they stand out for the kindness and humanity with which they welcome customers, ready to meet any problem, especially in this difficult period. Dr. Adele in particular is an exquisite person, and we are immensely grateful to her for her constant availability!

I do not recommend the swab service managed by this pharmacy, even though I had booked (giving my personal number), no one called me to warn me that the terminals were blocked and consequently they would not have been able to download my green certificate, I risked missing my flight (having it on the same day), and I had to wait in an endless queue at another pharmacy in Ostuni, which, despite having quite slow terminals, were available and allowed me to take a swab with a certificate even though I didn't have a reservation. I absolutely do not recommend this pharmacy

All the staff are trained, helpful, kind and go out of their way in this really difficult period to be able to help and meet the various and difficult needs of people. I absolutely do not agree with the last negative review I read, that morning I too I took the swab and all I needed was a little patience, the server didn't start but it unblocked after a few minutes, there can be unexpected events at work, but blaming and treating those who are working badly when they're not at fault isn't really good
