Terrible experience. A couple of days ago they made a mistake in selling a product, because they didn't ask if it was needed for the hospital laboratory or for a private lab. I would like to point out that there have been changes in the hospital since January 2023, so considering the recent change they are required to at least ask what the destination was. Beyond this, I returned today with the receipt to point out their mistake and I came across a rude, presumptuous and pedantic employee. Instead of apologizing or otherwise admitting that a mistake had been made, he responded in kind, practically placing the blame on me. The owners should keep their employees under control, also because when you meet such rude people behind the counter you lose customers. I will never set foot in this pharmacy again and given the many negative comments, I think I'm not the only one.

Today I purchased two boxes of instant ice for a total of 4 bags spending €12.90. therefore Euro 6.45 for every 2 envelopes. The day before in Osimo I paid €3.00 in total for the same 2 envelopes. When I pointed this out the lady on the other side of the glass didn't even answer me. Congratulations for your honesty and professionalism.

I bought 10 insulin needles in this pharmacy and I paid 1 EURO more for them than the others... it doesn't seem correct to me... I will avoid going there other times

Of arrogance.. if you don't want to work in a pharmacy.. and if you don't have the professionalism to do this job, I recommend changing jobs.. maybe go and work like the others who don't have your luck, then let's see if you realize it. . BAD

There is a very good pharmacist who goes out of her way to meet the needs of quick swabs etc
