In this pharmacy I was given incomplete and misleading information on a prescription for a drug because I had to take two packs of a drug as per the prescription but they only gave me one, telling me that the expiry date was short and they told me to come back but they didn't let me know. they said that the prescription could expire in a month so they told me that in the meantime they would give me the drug and I would pay for it and then ask to bring the prescription and I would get my money back. You can't hear this story.

It's the first time I've ever gone into a pharmacy and heard that the baby milk packs can't be opened to get a few bottles, I swear it's never happened to me, not to mention the lack of kindness and listening... definitely they won't see me anymore... and I'll start by saying that I buy lots of milk, always by the pack, but when I'm with him I can't load them up and I only needed two bottles for this night, perhaps the shop assistant thought I was someone who doesn't spend much, who knows ... the fact is that it has never happened to me and I have been to many pharmacies and I'm not just talking about Velletri, never treated like this, I'll move on next time

Really super helpful and trained staff. Always well stocked. Unfortunately, parking is always available except at certain particular times, but there is a valet who is also super helpful. They also have a super equipped children's department. Excellent prices
