Maximum rudeness of the staff. You have lost a customer and with her the pharmacists have lost my trust. Teach those who work there not to comment rudely on the drugs that are requested (this happened months ago) and also teach them to respond politely to customers (until today I have received rudeness and that's it).

Bad experience with rude staff. I came in with a doctor's prescription and asked for the relevant generic drug. The pharmacist gives me the branded drug and asks me to pay the co-pay. Surprised, I ask if there is no generic drug and she replies "maybe if you told me before". I reply with the utmost courtesy that I told him before. She silently replaces the medicine, places it on top of the bag and without even looking at me says "goodbye". Don't count on it. Perhaps they don't realize that there are three other pharmacies within a hundred meter radius, all with much less grumpy staff.

A small wedding favor in the heart of Piazzale delle Provincie. Strengths: a professional, young team with an omnipresent smile on their faces. It's not a given these days.

I dissociate myself from any negative comments about this Pharmacy and those who work there. I have always had a good time, the staff were kind and friendly. Efficient in the swab service and the doctor is very good and competent. The few times I have gone there, I have always met the customer who is rude/unfriendly/impatient or who even wants to blame the pharmacy itself because they have to take a swab test to return to work (and not because there are state rules to respect). So, if every now and then it happens that you don't receive a response with a big smile on your face, it's understandable given the stress they have to endure every day from rude customers.

Efficient, trained and helpful staff. Well-stocked pharmacy. They always gave me great product recommendations. And always with extreme kindness, a rare gift, especially in Rome. I recommend it 100%
