Continuous bad experience in a row. I order the drugs at home for the first time, instead of 1 supplement they insert 2 and make me pay full price for them. the GP sends the online prescription for a 600 mg syrup to be taken only once a day, I send a person to collect the syrup and they give it 100 mg without notifying the customer and when I call on the phone they even say that the 600 mg syrup mg doesn't exist, I contact the doctor and tell them everything, in the end when they see that the customer insists on the change, they don't accept because they have a positive person in the house. and "then all drugs that are not free with a doctor's prescription do not have a price at the bottom" I'm sorry, there is a lack of honesty, seriousness and correctness towards customers.. never again in this pharmacy.. I'm from Campagnola but now I will always go to Novellara.
A very good pharmacy that is always well stocked and offers all services from booking health services from the local health authority to measuring blood sugar, blood pressure, etc. Clean and impeccable place. Kind, polite and professional doctors
