Not correct to do an antigen swab they ask you to fill out the self-certification for exemption even if you are not entitled to it and have you sign it without crossing the type of exemption. Why do I have to sign a self-certification if I have nothing to certify and above all what happens to these forms? They say it's for data collection, it's a shame that the tax code is enough to do a temporary job!!! I changed pharmacy and things are very different, no form and no signature.
Maximum of rudeness. If you are dealing with the public, first of all you must have a minimum of courtesy and patience. All the degrees in the world don't teach you kindness.
