Farmacia Cannalire Rosa

I recently had a terrible experience at Farmacia Cannalire, and I am extremely disappointed with their customer service and their possible discriminatory behavior towards foreigners. My encounter with their staff left me feeling frustrated and unsupported, and I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. First of all, I was initially told that I needed a national ID in order to receive a COVID shot, which seemed like a strange requirement, but I went ahead and obtained one. However, when I arrived at the pharmacy with my ID, I was informed that my previous COVID shot was not in their system. I showed them that it was registered in the EU database, but they told me that I needed to register it with them separately. After I registered, I asked if I could come back to receive the COVID booster shot, but to my shock, they informed me that they do not administer booster shots to foreigners. This discriminatory policy is completely unacceptable, especially during a time when COVID is still a threat to public health. I felt like I was being discriminated against and not given the same level of care as other customers simply because I am a foreigner. I was extremely disappointed with this experience and would not recommend Farmacia Cannalire to anyone. Their customer service was lacking, and their discriminatory policy towards foreigners is unacceptable. ******Update****** I actually do live in the Puglia region and directly across from your pharmacy. I shared my ID bearing my address with the Pharmacist and the Assistant, showing my legal address in Brindisi.

In this pharmacy you will find everything courtesy, professionalism, ability and efficiency and if we also want to add a whatsapp service then 5 stars are too few. I, who work on cruise ships, when I arrive in Brindisi I only have 3 hours of time.... simple, the day before via WhatsApp I make a list of what I need and... voila, just go to collect highly recommended ah I forgot any advice you need they will be able to advise you best with various alternatives

The best-stocked pharmacy in Brindisi. You can find everything there... from sunscreen... to baby products... to beauty products... to supplements (and much more, in addition to drugs of course). The employees!? Commendable...always friendly and helpful to everyone! And what about the two Romano brothers... owners of the pharmacy!?..They are unparalleled! Well done...congratulations...keep it up!

Well-stocked pharmacy, perhaps the best-stocked in Brindisi. Experienced and fast staff, always ready to advise you on the right product or medicine. The many checkouts make the flow of people easy and streamlined. Collecting points with your personal card is an extra incentive to choose them. It's just a shame that obviously being in the center, there is no easy parking

Nice pharmacy, well stocked and well maintained. Passed for a quick swab costing 20 euros to access a wedding. Fast and courteous service. The presence of small rooms at the end of the corridor perhaps indicates that the pharmacy also carries out activities/services in addition to selling medicines.
