Tonight I was forced to come to you to buy a medicine for my newborn son. Since it was 3.30 and I found you surrounded by scaffolding and sheets, I called to find out where I had to ring to speak to someone. I spent €12.90: €5.40 for medicine; €7.50 "night call" fee. Thanks for your kindness.

Maybe I'm wrong but since when during the night shift do you have to have a prescription from the doctor to get a drug?? This is what my 20 year old daughter was told the other night when she went to this pharmacy at two o'clock to ask for an anti-vomiting medicine for myself who had been feeling very ill since 10pm!! In the middle of the night she was forced to go to the doctor's office and then return, unheard of and without morals given her young age and the late hour... perhaps annoyed because her sleep had been interrupted?

Helpful and kind staff, very professional. They explain everything to you and are patient even with slightly difficult customers, from what I've seen. Especially with this Covid, everyone is grumpier than before.

I went last night with my two year old (ok it wasn't urgent, I understood this following the help of another pharmacy on duty) I rang at a quarter past seven in the evening and no one listened to me even though he was on duty. This thing saddened me a lot.
