The pharmacy was open regularly both at the time of the swab test at 8.30pm and 20 minutes later when I managed to obtain the tax in front of other users, witnesses of the matter, who continued their purchases. The obligation to use masks as users in the pharmacy expired from 1/05/2022. Despite this, my husband had a mask but, as you confirmed, he was scolded because my 23-month-old daughter didn't have one. I would like to point out that since the beginning of the pandemic, children under the age of 6 have NEVER been considered in any of the obligations on the use of PPE. This really says a lot about her knowledge of the current provisions on the matter and the despotic attitude adopted in her pharmacy where she and her employees were the first to be without masks. P.S. You are not obliged to request a health card but your "professionalism" should make you feel obliged to do so as the swab is a deductible expense. P.P.S. The issuing of a document with the result of a swab in the name of a person who has not carried out the swab is considered ideological falsehood and there is no rush or indisposition (I obviously had neither) that can justify this. My husband takes my daughter to get a swab; leaving aside the cost of €15 for a swab test for a 2-year-old girl (usually the price lists are different for adults and children), at the time of payment the health card was not requested and therefore the receipt was not issued. The results of the swab were not even delivered but the non-release was agreed with my husband as he was in a hurry. After 10 minutes I go to the pharmacy to ask for the tax to be issued as it is a deductible expense and the pharmacist, with an aggressive attitude to say the least, begins a series of amazing, but decidedly unconvincing, stories to make me believe that the receipt had been issued but probably forgotten by my husband. When I point out that they didn't even ask for the health card so it was impossible for the receipt to have been issued he tells me that without the health card it would have been impossible to register the swab... exactly! In fact, the swab had not been recorded because (the most absurd thing in this whole story) on the result of the swab, always issued subsequently, there is not my daughter's name but that of my husband taken from the health card given to me to get the tax! However, after a good 20 minutes of fiddling with the PC, the pharmacist didn't know how to recover a receipt that had already been issued (what a coincidence!) and had to issue another one. All truly absurd...

Despite being away from home I found professionalism, seriousness, availability and understanding. It's not easy to find yourself on holiday 600 km from home and have a health problem, then you find this pharmacy by chance and they welcome you with kindness and reassure you with a smile and calm, a special thanks to Doctor Chiara and all the staff.
