I have never had any problems with this pharmacy, in fact I have always received excellent service and all the very nice employees, but today waiting 2 hours to take a swab was really hard. A suggestion: the times of the swab service should change in the summer because you cannot stay under the scorching sun at the hottest hours with children, the elderly and the sick. Thanks to Gianluca and Chiara for their professionalism.

I can't give less than one, I needed a swab, when filling out the form I couldn't read the last four numbers of the health card because I didn't have my glasses with me, I asked the pharmacist if he could read me these numbers and he told me said no!!!! A truly shameful thing, I will never set foot in their pharmacy again...ZERO EDUCATION...AND LESS ZERO COURTESY

Disorganized, rude and above all INABLE. They made a mistake in the past in delivering us prescription drugs and today they defrauded us of €10 by claiming to be sure they had provided the change. I had already avoided this pharmacy for some time, after today I had yet another confirmation from these people. I will go to the nearby Falcognana pharmacy.

I often go to this lovely and welcoming pharmacy. While I wait for my turn I wander around the displays full of quality products and with excellent offers, from creams to make up to vitamin supplements. The pharmacists are very friendly and knowledgeable, they always give me the best advice and satisfy my needs in every way.
