Well-stocked pharmacy, very kind and helpful staff (visited on Sunday afternoon for an emergency)

The worst pharmacy in history, incompetent staff who without the owner are unable to even find the drugs. Rude and rude. They also gave me a broken medicine and didn't change it with the excuse that they couldn't without the owner. The pharmacy across the street on via di Trigoria is 1000 times better, they wasted two more minutes and found me the medicine that these incompetents were unable to find for me.

All the staff are very attentive, helpful and professional in responding to various customer requests.
