I ask for a return or to exchange an unopened eye drop with the receipt box purchased 14 days before with the advice of the staff saying that it is the best and I take 2, and I only use 1 for a few days and I ask for the return of the other because it was not needed nothing and what's more it bothered us, the response from us pharmacists was "we don't do returns" with an arrogance and rudeness in talking to the customer, that I will never go there again is obvious but also a good advertisement of the trust and availability I will make of it.

Terrible! They prepared the same galenic solution for me 2 months apart. The first 500 ml paid 9.50 euros and the second 50 ml (which by the way I had ordered 500 ml) paid 16 euros!!! I explain what happened with the bottles in hand and they tell me that there was definitely an error with the first purchase. So if 50 ml costs 16 euros, how much would 500 ml cost 160 euros???? Lack of total transparency
