Terrible service. I ask by phone for a swab, they tell me to come without an appointment, when I arrive they tell me to wait because the person concerned has gone to the post office, after 15 minutes of waiting outside I ask if I can call them and they tell me they will have found what. Result: great attention to the customer, a phone call to check the times could be made without too many problems. But for this we need assistance for the customer!
