I went yesterday morning to buy a drug, after a brief search by the doctor, I replied that I would return because I wasn't convinced about the purchase. He started to get upset and respond in a very rude way, I've been going to this pharmacy for years and something like this has never happened to me. And I admit that there was no one in the shop
Courteous and competent staff, excellent and always updated products, attractive monthly offers
After reaching a voucher of €40 and having made the purchase on the site within the deadline and I was told that it could no longer be used because the pharmacy was closed and reopened today and therefore saw the order today. When I spent over €500 you were always open… I will certainly never spend a cent in your pharmacy again.
To date one of the best pharmacies, but I had to change my mind. My brother goes to the pharmacy at 6.45pm for a quick swab (not booked as the app crashed), they say it's late as they would close in 50 minutes, little time actually to do a swab, and also if someone had come in (at that time empty pharmacy moment) would have been a problem (I can't figure out which one). Obviously, I personally won't go there anymore.
Well-stocked pharmacy, also with herbal products. Friendly and helpful staff. Often very crowded you have to wait in line.
