We went with my wife to do 2 quick swabs, apart from the fact that he took us to the outside back of the pharmacy where there are waste bins, he used gloves but didn't disinfect himself after using various phones and computer keyboards. He was unable to print the certificates with the QR code. He emailed us the wrong certificates that had already expired. After we wrote to him by email, I still have not received any response.
