At 10.00 am on December 4, 2020 I went to this pharmacy to purchase a pack of Florentero. They didn't have it. They suggest that I come by in the afternoon after 4pm to collect the package. I accept and the pharmacist writes down my surname and tells me to come by today after 4pm. I stop by at 5pm and find another pharmacist who, consulting her computer, informs me that no pack of Florentero has arrived today. He looks around a bit but there is no package with my name on it. I thank you and leave.
I moved here from Bologna and I found them helpful and kind, I ordered medicines by phone with electronic prescriptions and they let me find them and more without a prescription, I felt like I've always been from here. Thank you
Fast service and competent staff. There are many things besides medications like supplements, soap and creams!
Just went to request a quick anti-Covid swab, apart from the annoyed guy behind the counter, the response was borderline rude, the timing totally out of this world, within 2 weeks just for the reservation 🤣 NO PROBLEM, FOUND IMMEDIATELY IN THE NEARBY PHARMACY. we should understand that if you don't want to work, you can easily stay at home 😉
Compared to the municipal pharmacy, a whole different world. Kind, helpful and attentive to the customer.
