NEW - RESPONSE TO THE REPLY RECEIVED - I'll add a note after reading the answer below: I don't think anyone can afford to write a negative review if they don't receive a drug for which they need a prescription. Protecting your employees from bad behavior towards customers is probably the worst way to improve service. In my case, and I don't know if he remembers them all, because I don't think he was present considering the fact that when I asked for the owner they told me he wasn't present in the pharmacy... in addition to having the recipe (not printed but on the tax code, therefore still valid) I was insulted without reason by a dark-haired girl who was at the counter serving. This didn't happen just once but 3 times and the same thing always happened with the same pharmacist to some people who live in the same neighborhood as me in Montale. I advise you to reflect on customer service and not to make banal excuses to mask the legitimation of borderline behavior. Proof of what has just been written is that I left the San Michele pharmacy, entered another one and they served me without any problem, verifying the Tax Code as usual as well as recommending the over-the-counter goods I needed after a kind and professional exchange. I consider the response received to be a purely ineffective exercise in reply. ORIGINAL REVIEW Chilling experience. Rudeness for no reason 100% of the time. I have read many reviews about this pharmacy that tell of unpleasant behavior that is distant from the normal pharmacist-patient relationship. It would be good to remind staff that the service that this type of place normally offers has an inestimable value towards the community (which should be the basis of the work and study choice that leads to a career in pharmacy). It is truly a shame to see that unfortunately in this place this aggressive attitude towards the customer has been normalized. The owners probably don't work inside and visit the facility very little. It goes without saying that my family will no longer use this place, like many other people in Montale. As I have read in other posts, fortunately there are other pharmacies nearby.

Recently opened pharmacy. Very spacious and in a place of passage. The parking is large and there is always room. Staff available and in quantity, so there is little queuing

Applause for the ear piercing service carried out with professionalism, kindness and friendliness and with the utmost respect for the hygiene standards necessary for this type of service. My daughter and I were really happy with it. Thank you!
