Fast service, no tickets needed to get to talk to a pharmacist!
Unfortunately, despite being very fond of this pharmacy, this afternoon I found an atmosphere full of nervousness. The owner served me angrily and when I asked for the deductible receipt, she got angry and replied that I was buying beauty creams! Too bad they were creams for a loved one who suffers from a severe form of psoriasis, prescribed by a dermatologist. I accept that they are not deductible, but you can also respond in kind ways. I'm very sorry for those who have worked in this pharmacy for years and have always stood out for their courtesy!
I'm still shocked by how I was treated this evening by the owner of the Cavour pharmacy. I entered with a regular medical prescription for an antibiotic and also showed the box of a drug that my parents needed. I didn't know what it was, they asked me to buy it. The doctor promptly asked me, teasingly and saying that they weren't strawberries, where the prescription was for the medicine of which I only had the box. I have not had any demands or insistence because I fully agree with the rule that certain drugs are sold only on prescription. The doctor, however, continued her rude communication by insinuating out loud, in a pharmacy with people queuing, that I used to show up to buy drugs without a prescription! Absolutely false! I don't even take drugs except occasionally! I had to specify, to defend myself from that unjust accusation, that I am a serious person and well known by the rest of the staff who are always very kind and helpful (the only reason why I go to the Cavour pharmacy, while I try to avoid finding myself being mistreated by Mrs. , sometimes I even let someone pass ahead... ). Not satisfied with the pitiful scene she had enacted, she would have granted me the favor of giving me the drug in question (making a thousand out of place words and protests) if I promised to show up the next day with a regular prescription. I didn't come to this compromise, also because tomorrow is Saturday and the general practitioner is not on duty. At this observation of mine another mockery begins and I am told: "Tomorrow we are here working and you can't bring a prescription?". Evidently she didn't understand what I said to her, she was so busy attacking me! And to think that it would have been so simple: SORRY LADY, I REALLY CANNOT DELIVER THIS DRUG WITHOUT A PRESCRIPTION. He shouldn't have said anything else to me. I emphasize that I had no idea what drug it was at all - I still don't know - and it was not my intention to do anything wrong. A person who works there witnessed all this in the next station and I imagine she was very sorry for what was happening. WHAT A SHAME ! Because of one person, the image of those who work in the pharmacy with seriousness and courtesy is at stake.
Alas, it is not possible to give zero stars for this pharmacy managed by extremely rude staff, especially one (the old one).... The only kind one is a young doctor who unfortunately will be forced to deal with sour and rude owners. I will never return and I see from the other reviews that I am not the only one to complain. So much so that I rather go from Santena to Cambiano in case San Lorenzo is closed. As long as you don't enter those.....
If I had the chance I would have given zero stars. I've been trying to call since this morning without getting any answer even though I'm free. So in the afternoon I went in person. Three pharmacists and two customers. One, the elderly one, free. Apart from the rudeness of the doctor who doesn't even say hello, but I understand that this is not an easy moment for everyone, I ask the Doctor why they don't answer the phone. She angrily replies that if they have people they can't answer the phone. Except that it's absurd because if all the businesses had the luxury of never answering they would close after three months, but she was there doing nothing with the phone ringing. Given that everyone is free to manage their business as they see fit, education should come first. Traders in general should keep in mind that if they work it is thanks to their customers. I do not recommend
