Competent, very kind, professional and courteous. I also had to call and the attitude was identical.

I am suffering from colon cancer and for my illness I need medical supports which are not easy to find, even some (intestinal lavage bags) have been discontinued, I just have to thank the professionalism and help they gave me to make sure that I could continue to treat myself by finding replacement bags. I can only say thank you to them, especially for the smile that welcomes me every time that, unfortunately, due to my illness I have to go and visit them. For me 5 stars are too few.

First order placed on the site on Sunday 22/11: products arrived today Tuesday 24/11. What to say? Better than going to a physical store: no queues, no hassle of wearing a mask, products arrived perfectly packaged and a surprise! With lots of freebies. An experience definitely worth repeating!
