When I was in Rome I placed an order and asked a friend to pick it up. The staff gave him a sealed package and did not put 2 items worth 76 euros in it. Unfortunately, my friend does not understand anything about medicine and was flying out of ROME the next day. We both live in Germany, it won’t be possible to come back and cause a scandal, I think that’s what it’s designed for. Be careful, this is just theft.

Unfriendly staff, especially the lady with shoulder length hair and black hairband, I really hope you are not racist towards asians.

I ended up visiting 3 pharmacies across Italy on our trip, the staff here are the best! They were so helpful and kind, even with my limited Italian. I had a horrible infected mosquito bite and they gave me everything I needed to treat it. I went in that morning barely able to walk and after their help I was walking around Rome for the rest of the day without any pain! Thank you to all 3 of the women in that day - you made my day!
