I am not arguing about the competence of the staff, however, in 2023, three years after the appearance of Covid-19, admitting only 5 people into the venue at the same time is anachronistic and grotesque to say the least. Even still seeing masked doctors means that users seeking reassurance and comfort are deprived of that visual contact which can often make the difference in maintaining a good state of health, reasonableness and common sense.

In this pharmacy they are all fantastic!!! Very courteous, polite, competent staff and owner. If a product is not available at the moment, they do their utmost to procure it as soon as possible. You feel at "home"...always a smile, a kind word, if you haven't visited yet go...right now, among other very interesting things, you've found some masks, compliant in every way with beautiful colors and patterns, just to play down this very bad pandemic period. I went to this pharmacy to make reservations for blood tests, already deposited by my doctor, they told me that the cup was being updated for all pharmacies until 11.30 am, about 100 meters away I entered another pharmacy and they did everything for me without any problems! Mha! I'm writing because it's not the first time this has happened, always in this pharmacy!!

I wanted to thank the lady again who, on Easter Monday morning, was kind enough to lend me a hand while I was desperately looking for a very important medicine. His availability really warmed my heart on a day when everything was going against me. Thanks again :)
