I have always come here to get medicine for my mother, and the doctors at the counter are always kind and smiling. I give three stars because when it happens to be served by what seems to be the new boss (the pharmacy was renovated a few years ago and the staff has partially changed, I imagine it has changed hands) I always have the feeling that he wants to hurry and that is more interested in money than listening to patients.

Not exactly equipped, and a pharmacist who is rude to say the least, but who does he think he is, why doesn't he take a bath in humility? It's okay to be cold but for this reason you shouldn't be rude to customers who pay for treatment unfortunately. A little more empathy wouldn't hurt, maybe he could use some advice on how to relate to the public. The only positive note is the pharmacist who is always kind and friendly.
